This is a stirred fried dish which is cooked along with spring onion , scallops and herbs. The Texture of the dish was dark and thick whereas the aroma was very light on the nose. This was a nice pan Asian dish prepared with delicate sauce. If you want something new to eat go for this dish.Then I went for the Main course in which the first was Panner in Coriander Sauce.
